How do I connect my website contact form to tickets?

You can set it up so that the response from the contact form is sent to your support email address. Make sure that the 'From' email address is the Requester's email address and this would automatically create a ticket in Freshdesk. If you would like to use our API to create a ticket you could check out https://developer.freshdesk.com/api/#create_ticket
