Only the account admin of the account can purchase the Day pass from Admin > Accounts > Day pass. If your mode of payment is not via credit card then you can reach out to billing@freshdesk.com and we would be glad to help you with the purchase.
For now our account does not have a full time agent seat, how can I get a day pass?
