I believe that the text is what is added to the Reply template. You could configure the agent reply template under Admin-> Email Notification -> Templates -> Agent reply templates and edit the template accordingly. However, this change would affect all the agents in the account.
When I reply to a message, it automatically has some text. How do I remove this? Print
