How to stop automatic ticket creation via emails from a certain user?

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

This feature is not available on the old Freshdesk.
You could set up a filter at the mailbox itself preventing the emails from that user from landing it on the inbox so that it wont automatically be forwarded to Freshdesk and get created as a ticket.
