No, the activation email will not be sent to the contacts which are imported into Freshdesk. Alternatively, once the contacts are imported, you can select these contacts and make use of the 'Send activation email' option to send an activation email to these contacts.
When we import contacts into Freshdesk, will activation email be sent to those contacts?
