Plans & Billing - Online/Offline Payment Mode

To identify whether an account has whether online/offline payment mode enabled,


  1. Log into Chargebee and input the account ID
  2. Navigate to configurations
  3. If auto-collection is set to "ON", then it's an online payment-enabled account
