How does ‘automatic agent transfer’ happen with Freddy Answer Bot?

Freddy Answer Bot tries twice to answer the customers’ questions before automatically transferring the chat to an agent. 


Eg., if the bot’s answer wasn’t helping at first, it will give the customer two options - either rephrase the question or transfer to an agent. If the customer rephrases the question, and the bot still doesn’t have a helpful answer, it will automatically transfer the chat to an agent.
