The ‘Answers’ section in Freddy Answer Bot has all the questions and answers, without any reference to the ‘category’ it belongs to. Tags help you categorize your questions for easy reference.
You can associate a tag to a question. It helps in identifying the nature of the question. You can also filter questions using ‘tags’ and view questions related to that tag alone.
