Possible Errors:
- None of the agents are able to log in via SSO to their Freshdesk account.
- Even the Org admin is locked out and is unable to log in and make changes to the SSO.
Resolution Path:
- Provide the org URL/login/normal to log into the account. For example, if the Org URL is https://angelene.myfreshworks.com, then provide this URL - https://angelene.myfreshworks.com/login/normal link
- Please note that only the Org admin will be able to log in using this URL so they can login and make changes to the SSO incase of any failures or they can toggle OFF SSO so the rest of the agents can login.
