  • What are the possible login methods we can set up for Agents/Contacts


Resolution Path


Org Admins can configure multiple policies that will ensure your users are securely accessing the Freshworks accounts. Here are a few things you can do:


  1. Log in using your organization URL. It should look something like this: yourcompany.freshworks.com or yourcompany.myfreshworks.com

    Note: You can access the Neo Admin Center by opening the Freshworks Switcher on the bottom left and clicking on your organization link.


  2. Click on the ‘Security’ icon in the left sidebar. 

  3. Here you'll find all the supported login methods.

  4. You can opt to choose the Default Login Methods(applicable for agents/admins) that comprise of 

              a.Freshworks login managed by a password policy 

              b.Google Login or 

              c. SSO login 

              d. Passwordless login that will be applicable to all admins/agents logging into the accounts. 

              e. Custom Policies

      5.  For contacts, configure any security policies Security > Contacts.
