Why can't we merge this one specific ticket to another ?
Why can't I find another ticket in the search section while merging ?
Can we merge a ticket to another ticket that already has an association or linked ticket ?
Resolution Path :
We, now have the ability to merge tickets to other tickets with Association types like Parent, Child, or Related. Earlier this was not possible, however, now it is enabled for all accounts.
In case it does not work, or the ticket cannot be merged, kindly raise a support L2 ticket for further investigation.
