Unable To Merge/Cache Issue

Possible Queries : 


Why can't we merge this one specific ticket to another ? 

Why can't I find another ticket in the search section while merging ?


Resolution Path :

By default, you would be able to merge one ticket to any other ticket be it an older or a newer ticket. 

However, in certain cases you may face an issue while merging, where it may be unresponsive, or you may not be able to find the ticket that you are trying to merge into. 

Here are a few things you can try :

- Hard Refreshing the page

- Clearing the browser cache and cookies. 

- Check if the ticket that you are trying to merge into is a deleted or a spam ticket.


In case if it still does not work, you can raise an L2 ticket to with a video grab and HAR file along with the x-request ID logs to investigate further.
