Annotate Not Working

Possible queries:
Annotations in the images in ticket details page isn't working

Resolution Path:

• Check if all agents are facing the issue with annotations or if it is for a few. If there are any extensions installed that blocks. If that is the case, the extension has to be disabled.
  
  
• Try clearing the cache/cookies to see if the issue is browser specific. Try annotations from multiple browsers to check if the issue is specific to few agent profiles or if the issue is specific with browsers. 
  
  
• Obtain occasional agent access and check if it is replicable. If it is replicable, please raise L2 ticket with the details.
