1. I would like to downgrade a couple of agents or I would like to downgrade from Enterprise to Pro Plan(given for example)


Resolution Path

1. For any downgrade requests, please check the CSM associated with the account and loop in the CSM to take it forward.


2. The CSM's email address or name will be available in the ticket details page on the right plan. 


3. If there's no CSM associated, please ping in the digitalsuccess-escalations(open slack group) with the ticket ID to get a CSM assigned.
